- 4 (4 ounces each) salmon fillets
- salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sweet chili sauce
- ¼ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper to taste. Arrange in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and cheese. Spoon mixture over salmon.
- Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until topping slightly browns and fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the heat and serve hot.
Notes
