Ravioli Dough

  • 300 gms all-purpose flour 2 ½ cups
  • 50 gms butter 3 ½ tbsp
  • 60 gms sugar ¼ cup + 1 tbsp
  • 1 egg
  • 60 ml milk 3 tbsp
  • 40 ml rum 2 tbsp
  • lemon zest of 1
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Filling & Assembling

  • jam
  • icing sugar
  • vegetable oil for deep frying

Notes

  • Ravioli dolci are best enjoyed on the day they are made.
