Ingredients
Ravioli Dough
- 300 gms all-purpose flour 2 ½ cups
- 50 gms butter 3 ½ tbsp
- 60 gms sugar ¼ cup + 1 tbsp
- 1 egg
- 60 ml milk 3 tbsp
- 40 ml rum 2 tbsp
- lemon zest of 1
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Filling & Assembling
- jam
- icing sugar
- vegetable oil for deep frying
Notes
- Ravioli dolci are best enjoyed on the day they are made.
