Perfectly tender, crispy Roasted Broccoli is going to be your new favorite side dish! This recipe only takes about 5 minutes hands-on time and couldn't be easier. The broccoli is coated in olive oil and seasonings, then roasted to golden brown perfection. Drizzle with lemon juice or add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and enjoy with a variety of entrees.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces broccoli florets about 4 cups
- 1 tablespoon grapeseed or olive oil
- ½ teaspoon EACH Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, black pepper, kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a large bowl, toss the broccoli with the oil and seasoning. Transfer the mixture onto a large baking sheet and be sure not to overcrowd it. If needed, divide it into two baking sheets.
- Roast for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through and browned around the edges. Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon or parmesan cheese, if desired.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to about 3 to 4 days.
- Reheat in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds. This method will heat it up but will not re-crisp it.
- Reheat in the oven at 375ºF for about 4-5 minutes. If you have the time, the oven is the best reheating option, as the broccoli will crisp up again.
