Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon roasted garlic
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon chipotle powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring eggs to room temperature by putting them in warm water for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add egg yolk, garlic, mustard, and lemon juice to food processor. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Blend together completely, then run the food processor while drizzling olive oil into it.
  4. Once it comes together, add sour cream and chipotle and mix together well.
