Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees for 5 minutes
- Slice the top third of garlic bulb off.
- Exposing the garlic cloves.
- Place onto a sheet of foil cut side up.
- Brush oil on exposed garlic cloves.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper and roll foil into a ball.
- Place into the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes.
- Remove garlic from the air fryer. Squeeze the garlic gently out of the bulb.
- I encourage you you try taking a freshly roasted garlic clove and smearing it on a piece of bread or a cracker. Heavenly to a garlic fan.
- Allow garlic to cool. Store as whole cloves or mash up or purée with a fork or food processor.
- I fill every hole in an ice cube tray, freeze, and store garlic cubes in a resealable bag until needed. I toss cubes inside tomato and cream sauces as often as possible and in so much more. Roasted garlic is wonderful.
- You can also add it to butter with some parsley.
- Stir to combine.
- Create the best garlic bread. Check out our recipe. I think you'll be glad you did. Enjoy!
Notes
- Always preheat your air fryer for even cooking.
- Don't cut too far down when trimming your garlic. You want all that tasty garlic to be preserved.
- Try taking a freshly roasted garlic clove and smearing it on a piece of bread or a cracker. Absolute heaven to a garlic fan. Smooth as butter
