Ingredients
- ½ pound green beans ends trimmed
- 2 cups cremini mushrooms sliced
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450℉.
- Toss all the ingredients together and spread them over a large baking sheet.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and roast for 20 minutes.
