Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
- Juice of one lemon
- Kosher salt and cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrange 1 pound asparagus, in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Toss the asparagus with 2 tablespoons olive oil then sprinkle with kosher salt and cracked black pepper,.
- Roast for 8-10 minutes or until the asparagus is crisp on the outside and tender in the center.
- Toss in 2 cloves garlic, minced, 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, and juice of one lemon. Add more if desired. Serve immediately.
