This lemon honey garlic asparagus recipe has a crisp outside with a tender inside cooked in a lemon, honey marinade with minced garlic. This asparagus compliments any main dish and adds a colorful feel to the table!

Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut the stalky ends off 1 bunch asparagus and place the asparagus into a large bowl.
- In a small bowl whisk 2 tablespoons olive oil, juice of half a lemon, 2 tablespoons honey, and 3 minced garlic cloves. Pour over the asparagus and toss to coat.
- Lay the coated asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet. salt and pepper to taste. Roast for 10 minutes, more or less, depending on the thickness of the asparagus.
