  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Place the green beans and garlic in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with the olive oil, then sprinkle the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and parmesan cheese on the green beans.
  4. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
