Salmon Salad
Description
This Salmon Salad recipe uses drained canned salmon as the base combined with creamy plain Greek yogurt to bind the ingredients without overpowering the fish. Fresh diced celery and red onion add crunch and mild sharpness, while fresh dill provides herbal brightness. Dijon mustard and lemon juice contribute tang and depth, complemented by ground black pepper and sea salt to season.
The salad is mixed to break up larger salmon chunks and blend flavors evenly. It can be eaten immediately or chilled beforehand for improved melding of the ingredients. Its creamy texture and balanced seasoning make it a flexible option for spreading on crackers, making sandwiches or wraps, or serving over greens.
