This easy, cheesy sausage and potato casserole is a simple dish that is perfect for weeknight family dinners!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork sausage
- 10.75 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 ounces chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 32 ounces frozen diced potatoes
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Prepare an 9x13-inch pan by spraying lightly with non-stick spray.
- In a large skillet cook the pork sausage until it is browned, approximately 6-7 minutes.
- In a large bowl combine the sausage, mushroom soup, milk, onion, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well combined.
- In the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish add half of the potatoes, spreading them out so they cover the bottom of the dish.
- Next, add half of the sausage mixture and spread it over the potatoes.
- Top with 4 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Repeat the layers once more ending with the cheese on top.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
