Ingredients
- 1 cup Brie cheese
- 4 1/2 ounces salami
- 3 strips of smoked bacon
- 5-7 pretzel sticks
- 12 crackers
- 4 lices gouda cheese
- 1/2 cup nut mixture of almonds and hazelnuts
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 black olives for eyes
- 2 sugar eyes
- 1 bell pepper
- Dill for garnish
Instructions
- Start by scalding your board with boiling water and let it dry. Set aside.
- Wrap the smoked bacon around pretzel sticks to create “creepy bones.”
- Using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut out cheese hearts. Cut each heart into two to make ghost shapes. Then, use a cocktail straw to make holes for the eyes and mouth.
- Unwrap the Brie cheese and place it on the board. Then, slice a few salami pieces to make a red wig for Pennywise. Use olive rings for eyes and add sugar eyes with pupils. For the mouth, cut a piece of bell pepper and use the tip for the nose. Using food coloring or food marker, create the cuts on Pennywise’s face for a complete spooky look.
- Arrange your Pennywise creation in the center, with a collar of salami around the Brie Cheese. Roll the rest of the salami and place it in the top corner. Add the cheese ghosts and bacon-wrapped pretzel sticks to complete the look.
- Arrange the crackers, berries, and nuts on the board. Garnish with dill and some creepy decorations to complete your Halloween setup!
Notes

- Arranging: Plan your layout before you start placing items. This way, you can ensure the board looks visually appealing and balanced.
- Keep It Fresh: Prepare the board close to serving time to ensure everything stays fresh and appealing.
- Chill Before Serving: Consider chilling your board for at least an hour before serving to maintain the freshness of the ingredients.
