                                Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breasts cut into strips
 - 1 cup flour
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper
 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika
 - 1 egg
 - 1/2 cup milk
 - 1/2 cup oil vegetable or canola
 - 3/4 cup Frank's Red Hot sauce found by the BBQ sauce at the store
 - 1/2 cup butter
 - blue cheese dressing or Ranch for dipping

Instructions
- Combine flour, salt, pepper, cayenne, and paprika in a medium sized bowl. In a separate bowl, beat egg and then mix in milk. Dip the chicken one at a time in the egg mixture, then dredge in flour mixture. Heat oil in a large skillet (medium-high heat) and fry chicken on each side for about 20-30 seconds (or you can deep-fry it).
 - Remove chicken from skillet, place on a baking sheet and place in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked through.
 - While the chicken is baking combine the hot sauce and butter in a small saucepan and cook on medium-low heat until butter is melted, do not bring to a boil.
 - Remove chicken from oven and place in a tupperware-like bowl that has a lid. Pour sauce over the chicken, then cover with the lid. Shake until chicken is covered with sauce.
 - Serve immediately with blue cheese or ranch.

Notes
- To make this recipe gluten-free, substitute corn starch for the flour. You really can't tell the difference!
 - If you haven't tried boneless buffalo wings in as salad, you are missing out. The crunch of the lettuce combined with the spicy and savory flavor of the chicken is a great way to add protein to your salad. And a little pizazz to your meal.
 - Or, try them inside a wrap. Similar to the salad, you get all the flavors of the lettuce and other veggies, but with the eat-with-your-hands fun and convenience of having the whole thing wrapped up in a tortilla. Plus, you don't get your fingers sticky from the wings! We actually made them in a wrap for dinner tonight!
 - Looking for a classic bone-in wing recipe? Be sure to try our Air Fryer Chicken Wings. When you air fry wings, they are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and smothered in a sweet tangy sauce!
