Sesame Chicken

All time favourite, super easy, delicious Sesame Chicken.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 egg large
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup butter
  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and put 9×13 pan in oven with just butter in it (butter will melt and bubble). Beat Egg, water and soy sauce together. Then wash + dry chicken, dip in egg mixture, then in flour to coat both sides. Take pan with melted butter out of oven. Add chicken into the melted butter, and turn to coat both sides with the butter. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and bake for 45 minutes.
