Ingredients
- Pork Chops Marinade
- 2 Tbsp Clear honey
- 2 Tsp mustard
- 2 Tsp Garlic puree
- salt & pepper

Instructions
- Pat dry your pork chops and then season generously with salt and pepper. Place the marinade ingredients into a bowl and mix with a spoon.
- Place the marinade over the pork chops. We find the easiest way is to use a pastry brush for an even smothering.
- Transfer the pork chops (in the marinade) to the bag and mix with the breadcrumb mixture until the pork chops are well coated.
- Place the bone in pork chops into the air fryer basket. Cook shake n bake pork chops in air fryer for 15 minutes at 180c/360f or until the pork is cooked and you have a golden breadcrumb and then serve.
Notes
