Sheet Pan Kielbasa Potatoes and Green Beans

Sheet Pan Kielbasa Potatoes and Green Beans is a simple one-pan meal roasting sliced petite red potatoes, kielbasa sausage, diced onion, and green beans tossed with olive oil and steak seasoning. Roasting brings out caramelized edges and tender interiors with savory spice, making it a convenient and hearty dish.

Description

This recipe features petite red potatoes cut into 1-inch pieces alongside sliced kielbasa and diced yellow onion. Frozen green beans are added directly without thawing. The ingredients are coated with olive oil and seasoned with steak seasoning to enhance their natural flavors.

Roasting at 400°F first for 20 minutes, then stirring once and roasting 15 more minutes, gently browns and caramelizes the components, yielding tender potatoes and juicy kielbasa with savory crispness on the edges. The green beans cook through but retain texture.

This sheet pan meal can be served hot straight from the oven for a balanced and straightforward dish with protein, vegetables, and starch. It lends itself well to casual dinners where minimal cleanup is desired.
