Sheet Pan Low Country Boil (Broil)

The Sheet Pan Low Country Boil offers an easy seafood feast with jumbo shrimp, snow crab legs, turkey kielbasa, baby potatoes, corn, and onions, all roasted together and seasoned with Old Bay. Lemon juice and melted butter finish the dish, and fresh parsley adds herbal brightness. This all-in-one pan meal balances shellfish, sausage, and vegetables for a hearty, communal experience.

Description

This Low Country Boil combines thawed jumbo shrimp, snow crab legs, sliced turkey kielbasa sausage, baby potatoes, corn cut into pieces, and onion wedges, all roasted on a single sheet pan. The dish is seasoned with Old Bay seasoning to complement the seafood and sausage flavors. Potatoes roast first until tender, then sausage, onions, and corn are added and roasted further. Shrimp and crab legs finish cooking separately on the pan's center to avoid overcooking.

The result is a medley of flavors and textures; tender potatoes, sweet corn, savory sausage, and juicy shellfish coated with butter and lemon juice. Fresh parsley adds color and a subtle fresh note after roasting.

Typically served directly from the pan or spread on a surface covered with paper towels for informal sharing, this dish suits gatherings and casual seafood meals. Lemon juice and butter provide richness and brightness to the hearty ingredients.

The recipe notes highlight that leftovers can be refrigerated up to two days, and ingredient brands are specified from ALDI, although alternatives are possible.
