Shredded Chicken Tacos
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil. Add the garlic, and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add the shredded chicken, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Cook for 1 more minute.
- Stir the salsa, chicken broth, and the juice of one lime into the chicken mixture.
- Stir and heat through for about 5 minutes.
- Season with additional salt if needed.
