Shrimp Dip

This Shrimp Dip is filled with cheese, mayo, and cream cheese, this is a seafood lovers dream, and the shrimp work surprisingly well when all mixed together.

Ingredients

Servings
  • One oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated and divided)
  • 1 teaspoon dill dried
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoons green onion sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 2 cups Shrimp coarsely chopped, cooked

Garnish

  • 1 Tablespoon Italian parsley (chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon green onion (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a bowl add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, and all other seasonings except the cooked shrimp and mix well.
  3. Take the cooked shopped shrimp and squeeze with paper towel so there is no moisture. Add the shrimp to the cheese mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Pour this into an 8x8 baking dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the other 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and it is bubbling slightly on top.
  6. Turn the oven to the broil setting and broil for 2-3 minutes until top is lightly browned.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with sliced green onion and chopped parsley and serve with corn chips, or a sliced baguette.
