Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork Roast is easy and delicious. The juicy pork infused with tart cranberries makes a mouth-watering meal that's perfect for any occasion, not just the holidays.

Ingredients
- 3-4 pound pork roast
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cranberries
- ¼ cup honey
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon orange peel
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
- Season the roast with salt and pepper.
- Put the cranberries in the food processor and process until finely ground.
- Combine the cranberries, honey, orange peel and cinnamon and dump over the roast.
- Pour in the chicken broth.
- Cook on low 8-10 hours.
Notes
- Serve with store-bought or homemade cranberry sauce.
- No cranberries? You can use a can of cranberry sauce in place of the cranberries and honey.
- I usually go for a nice boneless pork loin roast. It's lean yet tender and cooks beautifully in the slow cooker. Pork tenderloin works fine, too, but it will cook much faster, only needing about 4 hours in the slow cooker.
- You can also cook this on high for 4-5 hours. But I find pork is much more tender and moist when I cook it on low.
