  • 6 red potato chopped
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 lemon juiced
  • 2 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Place the potatoes at the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Add the chicken on the top. Season with salt, pepper, italian seasoning, and minced garlic.
  3. Squeeze the lemons over the chicken.
  4. Top with the butter.
  5. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
  6. Meanwhile mix the cornstarch with the half and half.
  7. 30 minutes before serving stir in the crock pot.
  8. Spoon sauce over the chicken and potatoes and serve.
