Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 ounce envelope ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet brown gravy mix .87 ounces
- 1 small onion diced
- ½ cup Sliced Pepperoncini
- 4 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl.
- Form into four equal patties and place down the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Combine the beef stock, brown gravy, and ranch mix in a small mixing bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the steaks in the slow cooker.
- Place a pat of butter on the top of each steak.
- Add the onions and pepperoncini.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.

- Using lean ground beef (90/10 or 93/7) can help prevent your sauce from becoming too greasy.
- If you're sensitive to spice, feel free to reduce the amount of pepperoncini in the recipe or omit them altogether.
