Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip
Description
The dip features chopped spinach and artichoke hearts mixed with creamy dairy ingredients: cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Parmesan cheese adds a nutty, salty finish. Red pepper flakes introduce mild heat, while garlic and salt enhance the overall flavor profile. Cooking in a slow cooker softens the ingredients fully and melds them into a smooth, rich dip.
The result is a warm, thick dip suitable for parties or appetizers, offering a creamy texture tempered by tender spinach and artichoke pieces. Serving it with buttery Ritz crackers provides a crunchy, salty contrast that complements the creamy dip.
