Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs

Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs combine hard-boiled eggs with a rich yolk filling mixed with cream cheese, mayonnaise, and dill. The addition of finely chopped smoked salmon and capers lends a savory, slightly briny flavor, complemented by fresh dill garnish. This appetizer balances creamy, tangy, and smoky elements and offers a visually appealing finger food.

Description

This recipe starts with hard-boiled eggs that are peeled and halved to create a base for the filling. The yolks are blended with cream cheese and mayonnaise for smoothness, and flavored with fresh dill. Seasoning with salt and pepper tailors the taste. The filling is spooned back into the egg whites, then topped with chopped smoked salmon, capers, and extra dill for texture and garnish.

The eggs deliver a creamy texture with the smoky depth of salmon and the briny bite of capers, making them suitable as a cold appetizer for gatherings or light snacks. The preparation involves simple steps and common ingredients yet results in an elevated twist on classic deviled eggs.
