Smoked Salmon Tea Sandwiches

Smoked Salmon Tea Sandwiches combine whipped cream cheese with fresh dill and green onions spread on crustless brioche slices, layered with cucumber, smoked salmon, and radish slices. These small sandwiches offer a creamy, herbaceous, and mildly smoky flavor with a crisp texture from the vegetables. They are elegant finger foods ideal for afternoon tea or light gatherings.

Description

The recipe mixes cream cheese with finely chopped fresh dill and green onions, seasoned with salt and pepper, creating a flavorful spread. Thinly sliced brioche bread is spread lightly with this herb cream cheese, then topped with thin slices of cucumber, smoked salmon, and radishes for added texture and brightness.

Once assembled, the sandwiches are cut into smaller portions suitable for serving as delicate appetizers or tea-time treats. The combination of creamy cheese, fresh herbs, cool cucumber, and smoky salmon creates a balanced taste and refined mouthfeel.

These sandwiches can be prepared the same day and stored covered in the refrigerator for up to three days, although freezing is not recommended due to the bread and cream cheese.
