Smoked Turkey Pepper Jack Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 1 taco size tortilla
  • 6 lices of smoked turkey
  • 2 lices of center cut bacon
  • 2 lices of pepper jack cheese
  • 1 tbsp Jack Daniel's honey mustard

Instructions

  1. Cook both slices of bacon in a small skillet.
  2. Remove bacon from skillet and drain bacon on paper towel.
  3. Add tortilla to skillet and on one side of the tortilla, layer 1 slice of cheese, topped with 3 slices of turkey, followed by both slices of bacon, topped with honey mustard, the remaining slices of turkey, and then the last slice of cheese.
  4. Fold the empty half of the tortilla over the filling.
  5. Cook tortilla over medium-low heat for 2 minutes.
  6. Flip and cook for 2 minutes on the other side.
  7. Remove from pan and enjoy!
