Snow Crab Legs Recipe

Treat your guests to these succulent Snow Crab Legs seasoned with Old Bay seasoning. They’re incredibly easy to make and ready to eat in just 10 minutes!

Ingredients
- water
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning plus more for garnish
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 pound snow crab legs
- 1 lemon cut into wedges
Instructions
- Fill a large pot halfway with water and bring it to a boil. Add the salt and Old Bay seasoning and continue to boil.
- Place the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. After about 1 minute the butter should begin to foam. Remove from the heat and let it stand for 5 minutes. Use a spoon to remove the milk solids floating on top. Discard the solids and pour the clarified butter into a small bowl. Set aside.
- Add the crab legs to the boiling water and reduce the heat to medium. Simmer for 5 to 6 minutes until fragrant.
- Transfer the crab legs to a plate and serve sprinkled with additional Old Bay, lemon wedges, and clarified butter.
