English Muffin Snowman Breakfast

  • English Muffin
  • cream cheese
  • Bacon
  • raisins
  • bananas
  • Clementine or Mandarin orange

Poached Egg Snowman Breakfast

  • 2 poached eggs
  • Bacon
  • 1 pancake large
  • powdered sugar
  • dark grapes

Instructions

English Muffin Snowman Breakfast

  1. Cut your English muffin in half toast it.
  2. Spread cream cheese on the muffin halves.
  3. Cut 2 pieces of bacon with kitchen scissors to make the hat and scarf. Use raisins to decorate the face and for buttons.
  4. Use a small piece of clementine or mandarin orange for the nose. Use sliced bananas for the snow.

Poached Egg Snowman Breakfast

  1. Poach your eggs (we did ours in the microwave)
  2. Flip them over on the plate when they are done.
  3. Make a large pancake to fit the bottom of the plate. Cut the top of the pancake with kitchen scissors to look like a hill.
  4. Make your bacon and use 1 strip for a scarf and cut another strip for the hat and arms.
  5. Cut a couple of dark grapes to make the buttons and face (you could also use chocolate chips or raisins).
  6. Sift or sprinkle a little bit of powdered sugar on the pancake and sky for the snow.
