Ingredients

Servings

1 tablespoon olive oil
½ onion , julienned or cut into strips
1 clove garlic , minced
1 shallot , cut into strips
¼ green bell pepper , cut into thin strips
¼ red bell pepper , cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons tomato paste
salt
pepper
2 tablespoons pikliz vinegar
1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic and shallots and cook, stirring for 2 minutes.
Add peppers, tomato paste, salt, black pepper, pikliz vinegar and lime juice and cook, stirring for 3 minutes.
Add 1 cup of water and bring to boil. Cook for 15 minutes over low to medium heat. Cool.
