Ingredients
- 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
- ½ teaspoon chicken boullion
- dash freshly ground black pepper
- fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Add 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup and 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth to a medium saucepan. Stir and heat over medium-high heat and bring to a boil.
- Stir 2 cups instant white rice, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings, ½ teaspoon chicken boullion, and dash freshly ground black pepper into the soup mixture. Cover the pan and remove from heat.
- Let the rice stand for 5-8 minutes or until the rice is softened and most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve warm!
