  • 1 12-ounce can Spam cubed
  • 4 large eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add cubed Spam to the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5 minutes.
  3. Pour beaten eggs over the Spam in the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook and stir until eggs are fully set, about 3-4 minutes.
