Ingredients

Servings

1/2 cup light mayo (120g)
1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup (60g)
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (60g)
1/4 cup milk of choice (60g) add more milk for a thinner sauce
1/4 cup dill pickles (45g) finely diced
1/4 cup white onion (35g) finely diced
2 Tbsp yellow mustard (30g)
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp liquid stevia or 2 tsp sugar, more to taste

Add to Shopping List

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a small food processor or blender and pulse/blend to combine. Taste and add more sugar, salt or seasoning to taste. Add more milk for a thinner consistency.
Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Best when refrigerated for 24 hours. Keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

To make dairy-free: use dairy-free yogurt or omit and add 1/4 cup more mayo.
