- 1 cup dry roasted unsalted peanuts
- 1.5 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 2.5 teaspoons curry powder
Instructions
- Heat oven to 325°. Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir thoroughly, ensuring all the nuts are evenly coated in spices.
- Pour nuts onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and spread them out evenly. Bake for 10 minutes then stir them around and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
- *The nuts will not be crunchy right when they come out of the oven. Let them cool to room temperature, then they'll be nice & crunchy. Enjoy!

Notes
- These nuts are not vegetarian because Worcestershire sauce contains anchovies.
- Make sure the nuts have cooled completely before storing in an air-tight container. Warm nuts will release moisture, making them go bad.
- Stored in an air-tight container at room temperature, the nuts should last up to 2 weeks.
- For the most flavorful nuts, make sure to use fresh curry powder.
