Spicy Deviled Eggs

Spicy Deviled Eggs are hard-boiled eggs halved and filled with a creamy yolk mixture combined with mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, white vinegar, salt, black pepper, and Sriracha. The filling is piped back into the egg whites, then garnished with additional Sriracha and optional chives. These eggs provide a tangy and mildly spicy flavor with a smooth, rich texture, suitable as an appetizer or snack.

Description

This recipe prepares hard-boiled eggs by peeling and halving them, then removing yolks to mix with mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, vinegar, salt, black pepper, and Sriracha sauce. The yolk mixture balances creaminess with tang and spice. Piping the filling back into the whites creates a neat presentation, while a drizzle of Sriracha and chives on top adds extra heat and color.

The deviled eggs are flavorful without being overly spicy, allowing for control over the heat by adjusting the amount of Sriracha. The creamy filling contrasts with the firm egg white for a pleasant texture.

This dish is commonly served as a finger food appetizer or party snack and requires minimal preparation beyond boiling the eggs and combining the filling.
