  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard classic
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 to 5 cloves garlic minced or finely pressed
  • 1 tablespoon Chili garlic sauce or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce or to taste, up to 1 1/2 tablespoons
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional and to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro optional, fresh
  • chicken breast about 1.25 pounds cutlets
  • parsley optional for garnishing, fresh or cilantro

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except the chicken to a medium bowl and whisk to combine. *
  2. Transfer the marinade mixture to a large ziptop plastic bag, add the chicken, seal, and squish contents around to evenly coat the chicken.
  3. Place bag in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours.
  4. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat (or indoor grill pan) and grill the chicken for about 7 minutes, or until done; flip intermittently to ensure even cooking.
  5. Optionally garnish with fresh herbs and serve with reserved marinade, if desired.

Notes

  • Reserve about 1/4 cup of marinade before adding chicken to use as a dipping sauce for serving.
