Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 avocado diced
- ½ cup cilantro chopped
- 2 cups romaine lettuce or other lettuce of choice
- DRESSING:
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, mix together chili powder, cumin, cayenne, and pepper.
- Add in shrimp and toss to coat.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a saute pan over medium heat and saute shrimp 4-5 minutes or until cooked.
- Divide lettuce, cilantro and avocado onto 4 plates.
- Add a few shrimp to each plate.
- Whisk dressing ingredients together, the drizzle a little over each salad.
