Spinach quiche is a delicious breakfast recipe that isn't as complicated as it sounds! Delicious ingredients in a flakey crust, perfect!

Ingredients
- 1 tart crust see note
- 6 eggs
- ¾ cup half and half
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup spinach
- ⅔ cup cheddar cheese grated
- ⅔ cup ham diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Par-bake the crust for 10 minutes. Line the tart shell with foil or parchment and fill with pie weights to keep it from puffing up while baking.
- Remove the pie weights and parchment or foil after par-baking before continuing with the recipe.
- Whisk together the remaining ingredients.
- Pour into the par-baked crust and bake for 40 minutes, or until the center registers 160ºF.
