Starbucks Iced Sugar Cookie Latte

The Starbucks Iced Sugar Cookie Latte blends a homemade sugar cookie syrup with espresso, milk, and ice, topped with whipped cream and festive red and green sprinkles. The syrup combines brown sugar, vanilla, almond, and optional butter extract, evoking the flavor of sugar cookies in a chilled coffee beverage.

Description

The Iced Sugar Cookie Latte starts with a syrup made by boiling brown sugar and water, then cooling and blending in vanilla, almond, and optionally butter extract, creating a sweet, spiced base reminiscent of sugar cookies. The syrup is poured over espresso and stirred before adding ice and cold milk, resulting in a balanced, creamy iced coffee that captures holiday cookie notes.

Whipped cream tops the drink, crowned with green and red sprinkles for a festive finish. This cold coffee beverage pairs the richness of espresso with the sweet syrup and creamy milk to create a refreshing but indulgent treat appropriate for warmer weather or for those who enjoy iced coffee variations of seasonal flavors.
