Starbucks White Chocolate Mocha

The Starbucks White Chocolate Mocha is a creamy espresso drink featuring melted white chocolate combined with steamed milk and topped with whipped cream. This recipe uses either white chocolate chips melted with milk or white chocolate sauce to achieve a sweet, smooth flavor profile balanced by the intensity of espresso. The frothy milk adds softness, making it a comforting hot beverage.

Description

This White Chocolate Mocha blends high-quality white chocolate with rich espresso and milk. When using white chocolate chips, they are gently melted with milk to create a homogeneous base, poured over a shot of hot espresso. If white chocolate sauce is used, it is combined directly with espresso and steamed milk. The drink is topped with whipped cream to add a light, creamy crown that mellows the sweetness.

The method includes heating milk to 140-160°F to ensure it’s warm but not scalded, and frothing if desired, which introduces airy texture. The drink balances the espresso’s boldness with sweet, creamy white chocolate, making it enjoyable as a morning or afternoon treat.
