This easy, creamy, refreshing 4-ingredient Strawberry Banana Smoothie is made with strawberries, banana, milk, and a touch of honey and is such a healthy breakfast to start your day.

Ingredients
- 2 cups milk (cow, almond, coconut, oat, etc)
- 2 cups frozen strawberries (may use fresh)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1-2 Tablespoons honey
- ice (optional)
Optional Add-ins:
- 2 Tablespoons almond butter (optional)
- 1-2 cups baby spinach
- Chia Seeds, Flax Seeds, Hemp
Instructions
- In a blender, add milk, strawberries, banana, honey, almond butter (if using), and ice. Blend until creamy and smooth.
- If using frozen strawberries and banana, you may not need ice. If you are using fresh ingredients, make sure to add ice.
Notes

Add a handful of spinach or kale to your smoothie for an instant boost of nutrients. My favorite is to sneak into smoothies is baby spinach! Just 2 cups of baby spinach, has only 20 calories, 0 grams of fat.
- Add a touch of healthy fats to your smoothie by including omega-3 rich ingredients. Chia seeds, flaxseeds, creamy avocado, almond butter and walnuts are excellent choices.
- Add protein-rich ingredients such as Greek yogurt, nut butter, or a scoop of high-quality protein powder.
