Strawberry Pancakes with Cream Cheese Syrup
Description
Strawberry Pancakes with Cream Cheese Syrup begin by mixing dry ingredients including flour, sugar, baking powder and soda, and salt. Wet ingredients like egg, milk, honey, vinegar, and vanilla are combined separately, then mixed with the dry components and melted butter. Fresh sliced strawberries are gently folded into the batter, which is cooked on a medium griddle until bubbles form, then flipped to finish cooking. The cream cheese syrup uses softened cream cheese blended with milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and syrup-like. This syrup adds a rich, tangy element that complements the sweetness and light fruitiness of the pancakes. These strawberry pancakes provide a tender texture with fruit punctuations, and the cream cheese syrup adds a luscious finish.
