With creamy yogurt and two fruits, this Strawberry Peach Smoothie is as healthy as it is tasty. Serve it for breakfast, snack time, or dessert.

Ingredients
- 1 cup reduced fat plain yogurt
- 1 cup strawberries ideally frozen
- 1 peach or equivalent frozen (about 8 slices)
- 0-1 Tablespoons sweetener e.g. maple syrup, honey, sugar, allulose, a few drops of stevia
- Optional ice, milk or OJ to adjust thickness of smoothie
Instructions
- If using frozen fruit, let thaw just slightly so you can cut it. Then cut up into bite-sized pieces so it will blend better.
- Place ingredients except sweetener in blender. Blend until smooth, pulsing if needed to break up frozen fruit.
- If the drink is too thick or the fruit won’t break up, you can add some milk or orange juice to thin and re-blend. If you’d like a thicker drink, add some ice and re-blend.
- Taste and add sweetener as needed. Pulse to mix in sweetener, then pour and enjoy!
