Summer Punch
Description
This Summer Punch blends dry white wine, sugar, and a mix of fresh berries to create a gently fruity base that benefits from time to rest so the flavors meld fully. Blueberries and sliced strawberries provide bursts of natural sweetness and a fresh fruity aroma. Adding pears just before serving introduces a crisp texture and mild sweetness that complements the wine. The champagne is incorporated last to add light effervescence, making the punch lively and suitable for warm weather or casual gatherings. Serving the punch chilled enhances its refreshing quality. Pre-chilling the wine and champagne is recommended to keep the drink cool and flavorful. Optionally, peeling the pears changes the visual appeal for themed celebrations.
