- 2 small sweet potatoes baked and halved
any taco fillings you'd like including:
- taco meat
- cheddar cheese grated
- lettuce
- tomato
- salsa
- avocado
- onion etc.
Instructions
- Scoop out about half of the cooked {warm} sweet potato into a bowl. Fill with any desired taco fillings and serve.
