Taco Turkey Patty Melt
Report
This patty melt recipe with a taco twist combines taco seasoned ground turkey, green chilies, spicy cheddar & jalapeño ranch for one scrumptious sandwich!

Ingredients
- 1 lb. taco seasoned ground turkey
- 8 slices bread
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp jalapeño ranch dressing
- 4 oz can diced green chilies
- 2 cups spicy cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
- Form the taco seasoned ground turkey into 4 patties.
- Grill or cook the burgers on the stove top, 6-8 minutes per side.
- Spread ½ tbsp butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Spread ½ tbsp dressing on the other side.
- Add a burger patty on top of the dressing on half of the slices of bread, top each with 2 tbsp green chilies and ½ cup of cheese.
- Top with another slice of buttered & dressed bread.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once the skillet is warm, place the sandwiches in the skillet and grill for 3-4 minutes per side.
