- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

- Gradually add water to the mixture, whisking continuously, until you reach your desired dressing consistency.
- Stir in the olive oil, salt and pepper, and continue to whisk until the ingredients are evenly distributed. It will make about ⅔ cup of dressing.
