Ingredients
- 4 mini cucumber sliced
- 10 mini sweet pepper sliced
- ½ Tablespoon everything but the bagel seasoning
- 1 teaspoon chili crisp
Sesame Ginger Dressing
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup rice vinegar unseasoned
- 1 ½ Tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
- 1 ½ Tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1" knob ginger fresh
- black pepper pinch
Instructions
- Make dressing by adding all the ingredients to a blender and blending until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
- Add cucumber and bell pepper to a bowl. Add ¼ cup dressing, bagel seasoning and chili crisp. Toss to combine. Taste and add more seasoning, chili crisp and/or dressing, if needed!
