  • ½ Tablespoon everything but the bagel seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon chili crisp

Sesame Ginger Dressing

  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar unseasoned
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1" knob ginger fresh
  • black pepper pinch

Instructions

  1. Make dressing by adding all the ingredients to a blender and blending until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  2. Add cucumber and bell pepper to a bowl. Add ¼ cup dressing, bagel seasoning and chili crisp. Toss to combine. Taste and add more seasoning, chili crisp and/or dressing, if needed!
