Tomato Peach Burrata Salad

Tomato Peach Burrata Salad combines ripe heirloom and grape tomatoes with sweet peach slices and creamy burrata cheese. It is seasoned simply with salt and pepper and finished with drizzles of olive oil and balsamic glaze. Fresh basil adds a herbaceous note, while optional grilled bread makes a nice accompaniment. The salad balances fresh, juicy fruit and vegetables with rich cheese and tangy glaze.

Description

This salad layers large slices of heirloom tomatoes and ripe peaches alongside halved grape tomatoes, creating a vibrant, colorful base. Burrata cheese, known for its creamy interior, is broken into pieces and arranged on top, providing a rich, soft contrast to the fresh produce. The salad is seasoned with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to enhance the natural flavors.

A light drizzle of olive oil adds a smooth, fruity note, while balsamic glaze contributes a sweet, tangy finish that complements both the tomatoes and peaches. Fresh chopped basil scattered over the top introduces a fragrant, green freshness that ties the elements together.

Grilled bread served on the side offers a toasty texture that pairs well with the creamy burrata and juicy fruit, turning the salad into a satisfying light meal or appetizer. The combination of sweet, savory, creamy, and acidic elements creates a balanced and refreshing dish.
