Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 cup apple approximately one apple, diced
  • 1 cup banana approximately one large banana, diced
  • 1 cup papaya approximately half a papaya, diced
  • 1 cup Mango approximately one mango, diced
  • 1 cup pineapple approximately 1/4 pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup kiwi approximately 3-4 kiwis, diced
  • 1 cup orange approximately 3-4 oranges, diced
  • 3/4 cup orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup lime juice one lime, freshly squeezed
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • mint optional, for serving, fresh

Topping Ideas:

  • Whipped Cream with orange zest and a splash of vanilla
  • yogurt
  • granola
  • coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Dice all the fruit into roughly the same size pieces.
  2. Add in all of the diced fruit to a large bowl except the banana and apple. Set those in a separate bowl. Set both aside.
  3. Squeeze the lime juice directly on top of the banana and apple. Toss to coat to slow the browning process, and set aside.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice and honey to create a dressing.
  5. Use a slotted spoon to remove the banana and apple from the lime juice. Add to the bowl with the rest of the fruit.
  6. Pour the dressing over the fruit, and gently toss to combine.
  7. Serve with fresh mint and your favorite toppings or as is.

Bom Apetite!!

Notes

  • How to substitute ingredients: Sometimes, you won't be able to find one of these ingredients at the store. (Or you will, but it will be sad.) Feel free to swap out what you can't find for another fruit that sounds good to you.
  • Save leftovers in an airtight container for 1-2 days.
