Ingredients
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup PLAIN yogurt
- 50 g or a packet of chopped frozen fruits with a mix of colors
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or more according to taste
Instructions
- Add everything to your blender and blend until smooth. You can add more yogurt if your blender struggles, but don't overdo it; we want it spoonable, not like a milkshake.
- Once it's ready, let the kids pick fancy plates and choose their toppings. They love decorating it themselves.
